摘要
在阐释高校教师“微学习”的内涵和理论依据并分析高校教师“微学习”中存在的现实问题和影响因素的基础上,提出提升高校教师“微学习”实效性的路径:开展理论学习,实现实际问题与理论课题一体化;开展对话合作,通过微型媒介对话提升个人认知;注重反思循环,以问题解决推动教师可持续发展。
On the basis of interpreting the connotation and theoretical basis of“micro-learning”of college teachers,and analyzing the practical problems and influencing factors in“micro-learning”of college teachers,the path for improving the effectiveness of“micro-learning”of college teachers is proposed.Theory learning needs conducting,and the integration of actual problems and theoretical subjects needs realizing.Dialogue and cooperation can be carried out,and personal cognition can be promoted by micro-media dialogues.Importance should be attached to reflection and circulation in order to promote teachers’sustainable development by problem solving.
