摘要
职业教育的发展要求重构适应新时代发展的高职教师专业素质评价体系,并完善其培养路径。从静态和动态两个维度对高职教师专业素质所包含的二级、三级指标进行解析,运用层析分析法重构评价体系,获得适应时代要求的评价结果。基于外生动态专业素质直接作用于人才培养的特性,提出高职教师专业素质的培养路径。
With the development of vocational education,it is necessary to reconstruct the professional quality evaluation system of vocational college teachers to meet the requirements of the new era and improve its cultivation approach.The secondary and tertiary indicators contained in the professional quality of vocational college teachers are analyzed from the static and dynamic dimensions,the evaluation system is reconstructed by the tomographic analysis method,and the evaluation results that meet the requirements of this era are obtained.The cultivation approach of vocational college teachers’professional quality is put forward based on the characteristics of exogenous dynamic professional quality directly affecting talent cultivation.
