摘要
获得感是教师培训所追求的目标和评判标准,信息技术应用能力是提高教师教学胜任力和获得感的重要途径之一。文章从教师获得感出发,介绍了教师信息技术应用能力培训获得感的内涵,提出了一种高获得感的教师信息技术应用能力培训新方式——极简培训。介绍了极简培训的内涵和开展教师极简培训的三种策略:“自定航向”的培训导向、按类按需分层的培训内容、基于“快闪教学法”的培训方式。对未来开展教师信息技术应用能力极简培训提出了两个建议:建设极简培训在线课程体系,学习者以“拼团学习”随机组合的方式构建微学习共同体,开展在线协作学习;建设极简培训评价体系,基于区块链技术生成学习证明,实现学习证明的分布存储、防伪溯源和不可更改。基于三种实施策略和两个未来发展建议的极简培训,为新时代教师信息技术应用能力培训提供了一种新的思路和方法。
The sense of acquisition is the goal and evaluation criterion pursued by teacher training,and the application ability of information technology is one of the important ways to improve teachers'teaching competence and sense of acquisition.Starting from the teacher's sense of acquisition,this paper introduces the connotation of the teacher's sense of acquisition in the training of the application ability of information technology,and puts forward a new training method of teacher information technology application ability with high sense of acquisition:the minimalist training.This paper also introduces the connotation of minimalist training and three strategies of to carry out the minimalist training for teachers:the training orientation of"navigating oneself",the training content of layering according to classes and needs,and the training method based on"flash teaching method".Two suggestions are put forward to carry out minimalist training of teachers'information technology application ability in the future.One is to construct an online course system of minimalist training,in which learners construct a micro-learning community by a random combination of"group learning"and carry out online collaborative learning.The other is build a minimalist training evaluation system,providing learning certificates based on block chain technology,and realizing distributed storage,authenticity source tracing and immutability of learning certificates.The minimalist training based on three implementation strategies and two future development suggestions provides a new idea and method for the training of teachers'information technology application ability in the new era.
