摘要
1+X证书制度是新时代职业教育改革的重要举措。1+X证书制度下的职业培训呈现培训主体多元化、培训内容特定化、培训成果学分化、培训工作标准化等特征。要实现1+X证书制度下的职业培训,需要以理念为先导,围绕1+X证书制度理解职业培训的内涵;以研究为依托,推进1+X证书制度下职业培训的系统变革;以师资为支撑,培养适应1+X证书制度的培训师资队伍;以资源为保障,建设符合1+X证书制度的配套培训资源;以方法为引领,创新1+X证书制度的培训模式与方法。同时,配合以机制为保障,构建1+X证书制度下的职业培训机制。
The 1+X certificate system is an important measure of vocational education reform in the new era.The vocational training under the 1+X certificate system shows the characteristics of diversification of training subjects,specialization of training contents,differentiation of training results,standardization of training work and so on.In order to realize the vocational training under the 1+X certificate system,it is necessary to(1)take the concept as the guide and understand the connotation of vocational training in the context of the 1+X certificate system,(2)promote the systematic reform of the vocational training under the 1+X certificate system based on the research,(3)cultivate a corresponding team of teachers to support the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,(4)build the supporting training resources in line with the 1+X certificate system,and(5)innovate the training models and methods of the 1+X certificate system.At the same time,the vocational training mechanism under the 1+X certificate system should be constructed.
