乳腺癌手术配合教学应用思维导图的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌手术配合教学中应用思维导图教学法的效果。方法选择该院2019届手术室实习医生60名作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组30名。对照组选择传统教学法进行乳腺手术配合教学,观察组选择思维导图教学法实施乳腺癌手术配合教学。两组实习医生在实习结束进行理论考试与操作考试,同时测评实习前与实习后自主学习量表与批判性思维量表,比较两组结果。结果观察组实习医生实习结束时理论考试成绩与操作考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习前,两组自主学习量表各个维度评分与总分,以及评判性思维评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实习后观察组自主学习量表各个维度评分与总分、批判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌手术配合教学中应用思维导图教学法不仅可以更好地提高实习医生的理论与操作考试成绩,而且可以明显提高自主学习量表与批判性思维量表评分,值得应用。 Objective To explore the effect of the application of mind mapping teaching method in the teaching of breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 interns in the operating room of the hospital in 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group chose the traditional teaching method for breast surgery cooperation teaching,and the observation group chose the mind map teaching method for breast cancer surgery cooperation teaching.The two groups of interns took theoretical examinations and operational examinations at the end of the internship.At the same time,they evaluated the autonomous learning scale and critical thinking scale before and after the internship,and compared the results of the two groups.Results At the end of the internship of the observation group,the scores of theoretical examination and operational examination were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the internship,the scores of each dimension and total score of the two groups of autonomous learning scales,as well as the critical thinking scores were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the practice,the scores of each dimension,total score,and critical thinking scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping teaching method in breast cancer surgery teaching can not only better improve the theoretical and operational test scores of interns,but also significantly improve the scores of the autonomous learning scale and critical thinking scale,which is worthy of application.
