摘要
随着社会的发展及医学模式的转变,要求护理人员必须利用发散性思维去解决工作中的各种问题。思维导图作为革命性的图形思维工具,能够开发护理人员大脑的无限潜能,提高其工作效率。目前我国乳腺癌的发病率越来越高,且术后患者自我形象、社会身份的改变及放、化疗带来的副作用,对其康复带来了极大影响,也对术后健康教育提出了新的挑战。因此,为了帮助护理人员理清护理思维,提高乳腺癌术后患者的生活质量,思维导图在临床工作中得到了广泛应用。
With the development of society and the transformation of medical pattern,clinical nursing staff must have divergent thinking to solve various problems in the work.As a revolutionary graphic thinking tool,Mind maps can help develop unlimited potential of nursing staff and improve the work efficiency.At present,the incidence of breast cancer is getting higher and higher and postoperative patients have to face the changes of self-image and social identity and suffer from the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which bring great influences on the rehabilitation of patients.There are new challenges in the postoperative health education.Therefore,mind maps have been widely used in the clinical work in order to improve the life quality of patients with breast cancer after operation.
