摘要
目的探讨思维导图模式干预在日间手术室乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法根据术前干预方法的不同将218例乳腺癌日间手术患者分为常规组和思维导图组,每组109例,常规组患者采用常规术前准备方法,思维导图组患者采用思维导图模式干预进行术前准备。比较两组患者的术前准备缺陷情况、术前知识知晓得分、术前干预满意度评分以及肩关节活动度。结果思维导图组患者术前准备缺陷总发生率低于常规组(P﹤0.05)。思维导图组患者术前知识知晓得分和术前干预满意度评分均明显高于常规组(P﹤0.01)。术前至术后3个月,两组患者肩关节外展、前屈、后伸活动度均呈先下降后上升趋势。术后1、2、3个月,思维导图组患者肩关节外展、前屈、后伸活动度均大于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论将思维导图模式干预应用于日间手术室乳腺癌患者术前准备中,可使术前准备缺陷的发生率下降,提高术前知识知晓得分和术前干预满意度,促进患侧肢快速恢复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of mind mapping model intervention in patients with breast cancer in daytime operating room.Method A total of 218 breast cancer day surgery patients were divided into the routine group and the mind mapping group according to different preoperative intervention methods,with 109 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group were prepared by routine preoperative methods,and patients in the mind mapping group were prepared by mind mapping model intervention.The preoperative preparation defects,preoperative knowledge awareness score,preoperative intervention satisfaction score,and shoulder joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Result The total incidence of preoperative preparation defects in the mind mapping group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The preoperative knowledge awareness score and preoperative intervention satisfaction score in the mind mapping group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01).From before the operation to 3 months after the operation,the range of motion of shoulder joint abduction,forward flexion,and posterior extension of the two groups showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.At 1,2,and 3months after the operation,the range of motion of shoulder joint abduction,forward flexion,and posterior extension in the mind mapping group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of mind mapping model intervention to the preoperative preparation of breast cancer patients in daytime operating room could reduce the incidence of preoperative preparation defects.This regimen could improve patients’preoperative knowledge awareness score and preoperative intervention satisfaction,and promote the rapid recovery of affected limbs.
