摘要
目的:调查如果在PICC置管肿瘤患者中采用以思维导图为主的健康教育模式后,该模式对患者的自护能力的和护理质量的效果。方法选取我院于2015年12月-2017年1月80例PICC置管肿瘤患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的口头健康教育护理方式,观察组采用思维导图为主的健康教育模式,观察两组患者的并发症发生情况、健康教育效果以及导管置管时间,此外分别计算两组患者健康教育前后的SAS、SDS评分。结果两组患者在进行护理后发现,对照组中有5例患者发生了静脉炎,有4例患者患有血栓,有5例患者发生了穿刺点感染情况。观察组中发生静脉炎的患者有1例,1例患者发生了血栓症状,对照组发生并发症的可能性远远低于观察组。对照组的健康教育效果评分明显低于观察组,问卷总分为91.78±1.20显著低于观察组的96.01±1.23分,对照组的导管有效置管时间为104.59±5.01d,远远低于观察组的导管有效置管时间159.21±4.53d,观察组和对种组在健康教育前的SAS评分合SDS评分,观察组和对照组在健康教育后的SAS评分分别为26.05和31.21,SDS评分分别为48.98和52.72,说明观察组的评分明显低于对照组。结论以思维导图为主的健康教育模式可以显著提高PICC置管肿瘤患者的自护能力,并且还可大大提高护理水平,具有较高的治疗价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education model on self-care ability and the effect on nursing quality in patients with PICC catheterization.METHODS:Eighty patients with PICC were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine oral health education.The observation group used the mind map-based health education The incidence of complications,health education and catheterization were observed in both groups,and SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups before and after health education.Results Two groups of patients after the care found that the control group,5 patients had phlebitis,4 patients with thrombosis,5 patients had puncture point of infection.One patient in the observation group had phlebitis,and one patient had thrombosis.The likelihood of complications in the control group was much lower than that in the observation group.The score of health education in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group.The total score of the questionnaire was 91.78±1.20,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(96.01±1.23).The effective catheterization time in the control group was 104.59±5.01 days,The scores of SAS in the observation group and the control group were 26.05 and 31.21,respectively.The scores of the SAS scores in the observation group and the control group were 26.05 and 31.21 respectively,and the SDS scores were For the 48.98 and 52.72,indicating that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The model of health education based on mind mapping can significantly improve the self-care ability of PICC patients with tumor,and can also improve the nursing level and have high therapeutic value.
