摘要
小学生在成长的过程中,不仅需要家庭、学校、社会的呵护,还需要法律的保护。小学道德与法治教师向学生传播法律知识,对学生实施法治教育,有助于学生发现生活中的法律,使学生形成法治意识。但是,目前小学生在法治学习方面还存在不足,需要进一步的探究。基于此,教师将目光放在了学生的生活、课本、合作、实践活动上,通过不同的教学手段,对学生进行了引领,让学生理解了法治意义,端正了学生的态度,深化了学生的实践。
In the process of growing up,primary school students need not only the care of family,school,and society,but also the protection of law.Primary school morality and rule of law teachers disseminate legal knowledge to students and implement rule of law education to students,which helps students discover the law in their lives and make students develop awareness of the rule of law.However,there are still deficiencies in the study of the rule of law among primary school stu‐dents,and further investigation is needed.Based on this,teachers set their sights on students’lives,textbooks,cooperation,and practical activities,and guided students through different teaching methods,allowing students to understand the meaning of the rule of law,correcting students’attitudes,and deepening students’practice.
