摘要
建立一种灵敏、准确且快速检测盐酸阿霉素的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法:采用Ultimate XB-ODS C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为0.9 mL/min,检测波长为480 nm,柱温为25℃。在2~30μg·mL^(-1)时线性关系良好,日内相对标准偏差均小于0.3%,平均回收率为97%~116%,定量下限为0.034μg·mL^(-1),最低检测浓度为0.014μg·mL^(-1).该方法可用于盐酸阿霉素的快速分析.
We develops aHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)method of high sensitivity,accuracy and efficiency for doxorubicin hydrochloride detection:Ultimate XB-ODS C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5μm)is used as the analytical column;the mobile phase is methanol-water(70∶30)with a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min;the detection wavelength is 480 nm;the column temperature is 25°C.When the concentration is 2~30μg·mL^(-1),the linear relationship is good,the intra-day relative standard deviation is less than 0.3%,the average recovery is 97%~116%,the lower limit of quantification is 0.034μg·mL^(-1),and the lowest detection concentration is 0.014μg·mL^(-1).This method can be used as a rapid analysis of doxorubicin hydrochloride.
