摘要
多柔比星广泛用于治疗各种肿瘤,目前国内外对于多柔比星化疗相关心脏毒性的危险因素研究较多,已被证实的危险因素包括:多柔比星的累积剂量、患者年龄、性别、体质指数、既往史、吸烟、联合放射性治疗、联合使用其他有心脏毒性的药物等。本文就多柔比星在临床治疗中引起心脏毒性的相关危险因素的研究现状进行综述,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。
Doxorubicin is widely used in the treatment of various tumors,and there have been many studies on the risk factors of doxorubicin-related cardiotoxicity home and abroad.The risk factors that have been identified include:cumulative dose of doxorubicin,age,sex,BMI,past history,smoking,radiotherapy,use of other cardiotoxic drugs,etc.This review discussed the current research of doxorubicin induced cardiotoxicity and related risk factors,hoping to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
