摘要
为了研究HKUST-1膜在碳中和目标中的应用潜力,选取了超细聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉(PMMA),以二氧化硅为基板,在现有条件下合成了一种HKUST-1膜。所制备的HKUST-1膜光滑均匀,完整独立,其大小和形状多种多样,厚度从数百纳米到数百微米不等。采用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和CO_(2)吸附研究了所合成的聚合物支撑和自支撑微孔HKUST-1膜的结构,进行了数组气体分离实验来探究HKUST-1膜在碳捕集方面的应用效果。
In order to study the application potential of HKUST-1 film in carbon neutrality target,ultrafine polymethyl methacrylate powder(PMMA)was selected to synthesize HKUST-1 membrane under existing conditions using silica as substrate.The prepared HKUST-1 membrane was smooth and uniform,complete and independent,had a variety of sizes and shapes,ranging in thickness from hundreds of nanometers to hundreds of microns.The structure of the synthesized polymer-supported and self-supporting microporous HKUST-1 membranes was studied by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and CO_(2) adsorption.Gas separation experiments were carried out to explore the application effect of HKUST-1 membrane in carbon capture.
