摘要
在分析现有4种油气回收技术对“三苯”回收适用性的基础上,结合膜法“三苯”油气回收技术的应用案例,对其原理、工艺路线以及油气回收效果进行了探讨。结果表明,膜法“三苯”油气回收技术对于炼油厂/化工厂所产生的“三苯”油气回收具有广泛的适用性,是“三苯”油气回收的最优解决方案。膜法油气回收技术在处理“三苯”油气方面具有技术含量高、分离效率好、回收彻底、尾气排放标准高的特点,既改善了大气环境、消除了事故隐患,又回收了资源,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the applicability of four existing oil vapour recovery technologies to benzenetoluene-xylene(BTX)recovery,the principle,process route and recovery effects of the membrane process are discussed combined with the application cases.The results show that the membrane process has wide applicability for recovery of BTX from oil vapour produced in refineries/chemical plants,and it is the best solution for BTX oil vapour recovery.Membrane process shows good characteristics in BTX recovery,such as:high technology,high separation efficiency,good recovery effect,and high exhaust gas emission standards.It not only improves the atmospheric environment,eliminates hidden dangers of accidents,but also recovers resources,and has significant social and economic benefits.
