光催化TiO_2降解流态废气中二甲苯的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以二氧化钛为催化剂,对二甲苯进行光催化氧化,以达到降解的目的。研究有机物浓度,紫外光光源和臭氧进量对二甲苯的降解率的影响,并对各个影响因素进行详细的分析,在实验的基础上分析光催化氧化处理难降解有机物在工业上应用的可行性。实验过程模拟了工业生产中有机废气的排放形态,并根据工业应用中的实际情况,设计了实验设备。试验过程采用连续进气,间歇排气的处理方式,研究了有毒有害气体在流动情况下的降解情况,以此进一步进行了中试试验。 A method to photodegrade xylene using titanium dioxide. The factors that influence the decomposition of xylene were researched such as temperature, xylene initinal concentration, ultraviolet light intensity and ozone quantity. On the basis of experiment, the feasibility of photodcgradation to treat hard degradative organic gas in industry which was analysed. The residence time of gas was keep by continuous air inlet and fitful exhaust. The process of experiment simulated the letting conformation of organic exhaust gas in the industry production. The degradation of flowing gas was studied through the experiment, and some pilot plants are studied in the site.
