摘要
冷油吸收法以其处理量大,压降小,轻烃收率弹性大等优点曾被广泛采用。随着轻烃回收工艺的创新,对于越来越贫的原料气气质,流程复杂、投资高、收率较低的传统冷油吸收法逐渐失去市场。本文主要是对传统的冷油吸收法轻烃回收工艺进行进一步研究和改进,建立冷油二次吸收工艺模型,流程简单,投资少,收率高。通过模拟计算,寻求经济运行最优点,指导实际生产,具备较强的实用性。
Cold oil absorption method is used widely because of its large gas capacity, small delta pressure, big range of the recovery rate, and so on. As the light hydrocarbon recovery process is updated, especially for the poorer feed gas, cold oil absorption method loses the market, because of the more complex process, the higher investment, the lower recovery rate,and so on. This passage mainly focuses on the research and improvement of the traditional cold oil absorption method. As a result, succeed to build the cold oil second absorption model, which has advantages in the sides of the simpler process, lower investment and higher recovery rate. And at the last part of passage, there is a best economic running point,which is given by the process simulation and has better practicability.
