摘要
现有电力计量设备运行时,存在着降噪效果差、故障诊断精准度低的缺陷,故提出基于Gabor变换的电力计量设备运行故障诊断技术研究。利用Gabor变换方法对电力计量设备运行信号进行降噪处理,评估电力计量设备运行状态(异常),构建电力计量设备运行故障诊断模型,利用设备运行故障特征信号来训练构建模型,将测试数据输入至训练好的模型中,即可实现电力计量设备运行故障的诊断。结果显示:所提技术的信噪比与F1分数数值更大,降噪效果更好,故障诊断精确度更高,充分证实该技术具备可行性。
Existing power metering equipment has the defects of poor noise reduction effect and low fault diagnosis accuracy when operating, so a Gabor transform-based power metering equipment operation fault diagnosis technology is proposed. Gabor transformation method is used to reduce noise processing of power metering equipment operating signals, evaluate power metering equipment operating status(abnormal) is evaluated, power metering equipment operating fault diagnosis models is constructed, equipment operating fault characteristic signals to is used train and construct models, and test data is inputed into in the trained model, the operation fault diagnosis of power metering equipment can be realized. The results show that the signal-to-noise ratio and F1 score of the proposed technology are larger, the noise reduction effect is better, and the fault diagnosis accuracy is higher, which fully proves the feasibility of the technology.
