摘要
运用排队论方法解决某烟厂烟叶自动化立体仓库中AGV的调度问题。针对该AGV输送系统的特点,可以建立M/M/1排队模型,并采用平均队长和逗留时间作为性能指标,然后根据系统需求和M/M/1模型的仿真曲线,分析结果的合理性。
It introduces the queuing methods to resolve the scheduling problems of AGV in a tobacco automatic warehouse. Considering the characteristics of the AGV convey system, we setup a M/M/1 queuing model and adopt average queue length and remain time as performance indexes, and then estimate whether the results are reasonable according to system demands and the simulation curves of the M/M/1 model.
