摘要
煤矿机械大型化和智能化的发展,给煤矿机电系统带来新的风险。为了准确评价煤矿机电系统的安全状态,辨识存在的隐患问题,提高煤矿安全水平,提出了基于博弈论-云物元理论的煤矿机电系统安全状态评价模型。依据机电系统安全状态影响因素的分析,构建煤矿机电系统安全状态的评价指标体系。针对煤矿机电系统安全性具有随机和模糊性的特点,采用层次分析法和熵权法分别确定评价指标的主观权重和客观权重,并基于博弈论确定指标综合权重的大小顺序。引入云物元理论,确定煤矿机电系统安全状态的云物元模型及评价过程,得出评价定量结果。将该模型应用于某煤矿进行机电系统的安全状态评价分析,评价结果与该煤矿实际安全状态相符,证实了该评价方法的合理可行性。
With the development of large-scale and intelligent coal mine machinery,it brings new risks to the electromechanical system of coal mine.In order to accurately evaluate the safety state of coal mine electromechanical system,identify the hidden dangers and improve the safety level of coal mine,a safety state evaluation model of coal mine electromechanical system based on game theory and cloud matter element theory were proposed.According to the analysis of the influencing factors of the safety status of the electromechanical system,the evaluation index system of the safety status of the electromechanical system in coal mines was established.In view of the randomness and fuzziness of the safety of the coal mine electromechanical system,the improved analytic hierarchy process and the improved critical method were used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indicators respectively,and the order of the comprehensive weights of the indicators was determined based on the game theory.The cloud matter element theory was introduced to determine the cloud matter element model and evaluation process of the safety state of the coal mine electromechanical system,and the quantitative evaluation results were obtained.The model was applied to a coal mine to evaluate and analyze the safety status of the electromechanical system.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual safety status of the coal mine,which confirms the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method.
