摘要
采用XRF、SEM、XRD等分析方法研究了盐酸溶出高纯铝灰物相转化规律。结果表明,高纯铝灰主要由长条状、柱状、棒状、球状颗粒组成,物相为Al、Al_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)OC、BaO等,盐酸浸渣物相为AlN、Al_(2)O_(3)、Al(OH)_(3)。在盐酸中,溶出率随液固比增大和温度升高而增大,在65℃时达最大值。酸浸时,含Al物相转化为[AlCl_(3)(H_(2)O)_(6)]。聚铝形成时,结构由四面体、八面体向高聚体转化。由羟基形成六元环稳定结构,单聚体以一个顶点H与六元环上羟基聚合,形成外挂式多维网状结构。
The phase transformation law of hydrochloric acid dissolved high pure aluminum ash were investigated by XRF, SEM, XRD and other analytical methods. The results indicate that the high-purity aluminum ash is composed of long strip, columnar, rodlike and spherical particles with phases composed of Al, Al_(2)O_(3), Al_(2)OC and BaO etc., and acid-leached residue phases are AlN, Al_(2)O_(3) and Al(OH)_(3). In hydrochloric acid, the dissolution rate is increased with the increase of liquid-solid ratio and temperature, which reaches the maximum value at 65 ℃. The phase containing Al is transformed into [AlCl_(3)(H_(2)O)_(6)] during acid leaching. The structure of formed polymeric aluminum is transformed from tetrahedron and octahedron to polymers, where a stable six-membered ring structure is formed by hydroxyl group, and the monomer is polymerized with hydroxyl group on the six-membered ring at a vertex H to form a plug-in multi-dimensional network structure.
