摘要
研究了采用水解法处理铝灰使铝灰脱氮,考察了铝灰粒径、温度、液固体积质量比和时间对氮化铝分解的影响。结果表明:控制液固体积质量比10 L/1 kg,在90℃下水解12 h,铝灰中氮化铝分解率达95.32%。氮化铝分解过程受表面化学反应-内扩散共同控制,反应表观活化能为35.78 kJ/mol。
Denitrification of aluminum dross by hydrolysis was studied.The effects of aluminum dross size, temperature, liquid volume/solid mass and denitrification time on decomposition of aluminum nitride were examined.The results show that decomposition rate of aluminum nitride is 95.32% under the conditions of temperature of 90 ℃,reaction time of 12 h and liquid volume/solid mass of 10 L/1 kg.The decomposition of aluminum nitride is jointly controlled by surface chemical reaction and internal diffusion.The reaction activation energy is 35.78 kJ/mol.
