摘要
以经过"水洗"预处理除去可溶性盐后的铝灰为主要原料,采用熔融法在1550℃制得基础玻璃,在780℃形核3 h及880℃晶化3 h处理后,得到了主晶相为钙长石,副晶相为橄榄石和尖晶石的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(CMAS)系列铝灰渣微晶玻璃。采用XRD、DTA、SEM、物化测试等分析方法研究了水洗后铝灰含量对试样析晶行为、显微组织形貌和密度等性能的影响。研究表明微晶玻璃试样无吸水性,致密度良好,硬度随着铝灰含量的增加而增大,随着铝灰含量的增加,耐酸腐蚀性能逐渐降低,耐碱腐蚀性能则逐渐增强。
Aluminum dross after the removal of soluble salts through"water washing"was used as the main raw material to develop glass-ceramics,where the basic glass was prepared by using the conventional melting method at 1550℃.The aluminum dross glass-ceramics,CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(CMAS),were obtained after the heat treatment process to induce nucleation(780℃for 3 h)and crystallization(880℃for 3 h).The main crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics is anorthite,the secondary phases include olivine and spinel.The effect of aluminum dross on crystallization behavior,microstructure and density of th e glass-ceramics was studied,by using XRD,DTA,SEM and physical/chemical property test s.It was found that the glass-ceramics exhibited high densities and had no water absorption.Hardness of the glass-ceramics was increased with increasing content of aluminum dross.In addition,the acid corrosion resistance was decreased,while the alkali corrosion resistance was enhanced.
