摘要
研究了用硫酸从电解铝灰中浸出铝,考察了硫酸浓度、配料比、铝灰粒度、浸出温度、浸出时间对铝浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在硫酸浓度2.0 mol/L、铝灰粒度180目、配料比n(H2SO4)/n(Al)=1.95、浸出温度100℃、浸出时间120 min条件下,铝浸出率为87.5%,浸出效果较好。
The leaching of aluminum from electrolytic aluminum ash using sulfuric acid was studied.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,ingredients ratio,aluminum ash particle size,leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching of aluminum were investigated.The results show that at the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 2.0 mol/L,aluminum ash particle size of 180 mesh,n(H2SO4)/n(Al) of 1.95,leaching temperature of 100 ℃ and leaching time of 120 min,theleaching of aluminum is 87.5%,the leaching effect is better.
