粗制钴盐常压氨浸工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以氨水和铵盐为浸出剂,利用有价金属与氨形成络合物的性质,将有价金属浸出进入溶液与杂质分离。研究采用常压氨浸工艺,考察了总氨浓度、氨铵比、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度对粗制钴盐中Co、Cu、Ni金属浸出效果的影响。结果表明,在总氨浓度7.0 mol/L、氨铵摩尔比1∶1、液固体积比7∶1、浸出时间1 h、浸出温度常温的条件下,Co、Cu、Ni浸出率分别为97.26%、99.44%、98.72%。 With ammonia and ammonium salt as leaching agent,using the nature of the valuable metals and ammonia to form complex,valuable metal will enter leaching solution and separated from impurities.Cobalt,copper and nickel were leached with NH 3-NH+4-H 2 O system at room pressure from crude cobalt salt.The factors of the total concentration of ammonia,ammonia and ammonium ratio,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature were studied.The result showed that under the condition of the total ammonia concentration at 7.0 mol/L,ammonia and ammonium ratio of 1∶1,liquid-solid ratio of 7∶1,at room temperature leaching 1 h,Co,Cu,Ni leaching rate were 97.34%,99.29%and 98.44%.
