摘要
本文主要通过水洗、焙烧等方法对电解铝铝灰进行无害化处理,处理后铝灰采用碱烧结法进行熔融并水解溶出铝灰中的氧化铝。通过实验得出:铝灰中危害元素F和Cl脱除到铝土矿中微量杂质(0.001%~0.2%)范围以内,达到无害化处理的目的;采用碱烧结法处理铝灰可将其变为可溶性铝酸钠,然后进行水解制备氢氧化铝,铝的溶出率可达94.35%。
A harmless treatment method for aluminum ash from aluminum reduction by rinsing and calcination is introduced in this paper, and alkali sinte- ring is used to melt the aluminum oxide from aluminum ash and then hydrolyze. Experiments show that the environmental - unfriendly F and C1 in the alu- minum ash should be controlled within 0.001%-0.2% of trace impurities in bauxite to realize the harmless disposal. Alkali sintering is capable to a- chieve the effective recycling of aluminum ash by making it soluble sodium aluminate that hydrolyzes to prepare aluminum hydroxide, where the dissolution rate of aluminum can reach to 94.35%.
