摘要
地球资源的充分利用已成为当今人们普遍关注的热点问题之一,回收铝灰中的铝资源能降低成本、保护环境、节约能源和提高资源利用率,具有较大的经济和社会效益。本文就国内外现有的利用粉煤灰、铝灰回收氧化铝的工艺方法作了简要介绍,主要包括铝灰硫酸浸取氧化铝的工艺、碱石灰烧结法工艺和酸碱联合法用粉煤灰制备高纯氧化铝的新工艺。最后对粉煤灰、铝灰回收氧化铝今后的市场前景及发展方向进行了展望。
Today,the recycle of the earth's resources is a vital problem,which is of global interest.Aluminium dross resources recycling is of huge economic and social benefits,which will reduce cost,protect environment,save energy and improve resource utilization.Technology on the comprehensive utilization of aluminum ash at home and abroad was reviewed,including the recovery method of aluminum dross by sulfuric acid leaching.A new method was used to prepare the Al2O3 from fly ash by acid leaching combination alkali leaching.Finally,the market prospect and future development direction of fly ash and aluminum dross were discussed.
