摘要
目的:探究消毒供应中心对外来手术器械的规范管理与效果;方法:从我院2018年1月到2018年6与和2019年6月至2020年1月两个时间段均随机抽取300外来器械进行管理研究,设置对照组和研究组,两组管理措施分别为常规管理措施和规范化管理措施,对比两组管理质量评分、手术器械处理不合格情况以及外来手术器械规范管理效果。结果:研究组各项管理质量指标评分、外来手术器械规范管理效果均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而手术器械处理不合格率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);结论:通过对消毒供应中心外来器械管理方式进行规范,利于提升整体管理质量和消毒处理效果,降低器械损失率。
Objective:To explore the standard management and effect of disinfection supply center on external surgical instruments;Methods:from January 2018 to June 2018 and June 2019 to January 2020,two periods are conducted a random sample of 300 foreign equipment management research,set up the control group and research group,two groups of measures and management measures for conventional management standardization management measures,compared two groups of management quality score,surgical instruments to deal with unqualified situations and invasive surgical instrument specification management effect.Results:The score of various management quality indexes and standardized management effect of external surgical instruments in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the unqualified rate of surgical instrument treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardizing the management mode of external devices in the disinfection supply center is conducive to improving the overall management quality and the effect of disinfection treatment,and reducing the rate of device loss.
