摘要
目的探讨新标准实施初期,PDCA持续质量改进方法在消毒供应中心(CSSD)外来器械及植入物管理中的应用效果。方法将我院CSSD外来器械及植入物按时间段分为对照组及观察组,将2016年6—12月我院接收的5 670件作为对照组,按照常规方法管理;将2017年1—6月接收的6 057件作为观察组,采取PDCA持续改进方法管理。结果观察组的外来器械及植入物在器械验收、急诊放行率、湿包率、满意率等与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA持续改进方法在外来器械及植入物管理中具有较好的应用效果,能改善CSSD的工作质量,提高手术医生的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA method of continuous quality improvement in the management of foreign instruments and implants in the sterile supply center(CSSD)during the initial stage of the new standard.Methods The CSSD implants and implants in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the time period.5 670 cases received in our hospital from June to December 2016 were taken as control group,and were managed according to the conventional method.From January to January 2017,6 057 received in June as the observation group,take PDCA continuous improvement method of management.Results The external instruments and implants in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of equipment acceptance,emergency release rate,wet packing rate and satisfactory rate.Conclusion PDCA method of continuous improvement has good application effects in the management of foreign instruments and implants,and can significantly improve the quality of CSSD work and improve the satisfaction of surgeons,which is worthy of promotion.
