评价PDCA循环法在医院外来植入物医疗器械质量控制中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨医院外来植入物医疗器械质量控制中使用PDCA循环法的临床应用价值。方法将新疆伊犁州新华医院消毒供应室在2020年1—12月期间接收的1000件外来植入物医疗器械纳为对照组研究对象,在此阶段本科室采取常规方法开展质量控制工作;同时将本院消毒供应室在2021年6月—2022年2月期间接收的1000件外来植入物医疗器械纳为研究组研究对象,在此阶段本科室采取PDCA循环法开展质量控制工作。针对两组管理效果展开分析与探讨。结果组间外来植入物医疗器械交接合格率统计结果显示,研究组交接信息不全率3.90%、数量缺失率0.00%均低于对照组,且器械有效验收率100.00%、去向明确率97.40%均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=38.989、38.736、75.765、31.525,P<0.05);组间外来植入物医疗器械清洁灭菌效果统计结果显示,研究组械灭菌后湿包率3.10%低于对照组,且清洗质量合格率95.90%高于对照组,两组数据之间对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.868、34.888,P<0.05);组间管理总满意度统计结果显示,研究组97.14%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.936,P<0.05)。结论通过采取PDCA循环法,可以使医院外来植入物医疗器械质量安全控制效果得到显著提升,对医院感染控制意义重大,值得进一步深入探讨与使用。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of PDCA cycle method in the quality control of foreign implant medical devices in hospitals.Methods 1000 pieces of foreign implant medical devices received by the disinfection supply room of Xinjiang Yili Prefecture Xinhua Hospital from January to December 2020 were included in the control group.At this stage,the undergraduate office adopts conventional methods to carry out quality control work.At the same time,the 1000 foreign implant medical devices received by the disinfection supply room of the hospital from June 2021 to February 2022 were included as the research objects of the study group.At this stage,the department adopted the PDCA cycle method to carry out quality control work.Analyze and discuss the management effects of the two groups.Results The statistical results of the acceptance rate of foreign implant medical device handover between groups showed that the incomplete handover rate of the study group was 3.90%,and the quantity missing rate was 0.00%,which were lower than those of the control group.In addition,the effective acceptance rate of the device was 100.00%,and the destination clear rate was 97.40%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=38.989,38.736,75.765,31.525,P<0.05).The statistical results of the cleaning and sterilization effect of foreign implant medical devices between groups showed that the wet pack rate of the study group after sterilization was 3.10%lower than that of the control group.And the qualified rate of cleaning quality was 95.90%higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(χ^(2)=33.868,34.888,P<0.05).The statistical results of total management satisfaction between the groups showed that 97.14%of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.936,P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting the PDCA
