摘要
目的:探讨基于6S模式的精细化管理对结直肠癌外科手术器械消毒供应中心工作差错率的影响。方法:研究涉及80件未清洗外科手术器械,时间跨度为2021年10月15日~2024年10月15日。常规管理组为2021年10月15日~2023年4月15日对外科手术器械(40件)采用常规管理,精细化管理组为2023年4月16日~2024年10月15日对外科手术器械(40件)采用6S精细化管理。对比两组的工作差错率、器械清洗合格率、工作人员工作质量及结直肠癌外科医护人员满意度。结果:基于6S模式的精细化管理实施后,消毒供应中心工作差错总发生率降低、器械清洗合格率和工作质量提高,结直肠癌外科医护人员的满意度提升,与常规管理组比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于6S模式的精细化管理应用于结直肠癌外科手术器械消毒供应中心具有较好的效果。
Objective:To explore the impact of refined management based on 6S mode on the error rate of surgical instrument disinfection supply center for colorectal cancer.Methods:80 uncleaned surgical instruments,spanning from October 15,2021 to October 15,2024.The routine management group will adopt routine management for 40 surgical instruments from October 15,2021 to April 15,2023,and the refined management group will adopt 6S refined management for 40 surgical instruments from April 16,2023 to October 15,2024.Compare the work error rate,instrument cleaning qualification rate,staff work quality,and satisfaction of colorectal cancer surgical staff between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of refined management based on the 6S model,the total incidence of work errors in the disinfection supply center decreased,the qualified rate of instrument cleaning and work quality increased,and the satisfaction of colorectal cancer surgical staff increased.Compared with the conventional management group,all of them had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined management based on the 6S model in the disinfection and supply center of surgical instruments for colorectal cancer has a good effect.
