摘要
目的:分析“6S”管理模式对消毒供应中心作业流程质量的影响。方法:选取徐州市中医院2022年7—9月常规管理模式下的医疗器械作为对照组(n=7 029),选取2022年10—12月“6S”管理模式下的医疗器械作为观察组(n=7 033)。比较两组作业流程操作合格情况、管理质量、不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组清洗、包装、灭菌、发放合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组设备管理、清洗管理、包装管理、环境管理评分及总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“6S”管理模式能够提升消毒供应中心的管理质量,提高各项作业流程合格率,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective:To analyze the influence of"6S"management mode on operation process quality in disinfection supply center.Methods:The medical devices under the conventional management mode in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the control group(n=7029),and the medical devices under the"6S"management mode from October 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group(n=7033).The operation process qualifications,management quality,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between two group.Results:The qualification rates of cleaning,packaging,sterilization,and distribution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of equipment management,cleaning management,packaging management and environmental management and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The"6S"management mode can improve management quality in disinfection supply center,increase the qualification rate of each operation process,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
