摘要
目的探讨流程化管理措施在手术室消毒供应中心外来器械清洁中的应用效果。方法选择2016年4月至2017年11月我院收到的240包外来器械作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规规范处理,观察组运用流程化管理措施。对两组外来器械的清洁合格率、损失率、清洁质量及功能完好性、起始包及提前放行率进行对比分析。同时在实施流程化管理前后调查100名医护人员对消毒供应中心的满意度。结果观察组外来器械清洁合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其损失率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);管理前,两组外来器械的清洁质量及功能完好性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后,观察组的器械清洁质量及器械功能完好性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外来器械起始包及提前放行率均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);实施流程化管理后医护人员对消毒供应中心的满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论流程化管理措施可以显著提高手术室消毒供应中心外来器械清洁合格率,减少损失率,具有较好的功能完整性,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of process management method in cleaning external instruments in disinfection and supply center of the operating room.Methods To compared and analyzed the clean qualified rate,clean quality and functional integrity,initial package,and advance release rate,240 bags of external instruments received from April 2016 to November 2017 were observed,and were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group.The control group was dealt with routine management,while the study group was dealt with the process management.Meanwhile,100 medical staffs were investigated for the satisfaction degree to the disinfection and supply center before and after the implementation of process management.Results The clean qualified rate of external instruments in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and its loss rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before management,there was no significant difference in cleaning quality and functional integrity between the two groups(P>0.05).Yet,after management,the cleaning quality and functional integrity of instruments in the study group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the initial package and advance release rate of external instruments in the study group were apparently lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the satisfaction of medical staff to disinfection supply center was significantly higher than that before implementation the process management(P<0.05).Conclusion The process management measures could significantly improve the qualified rate of cleaning,and reducing the loss rate of external instruments in the disinfection and supply center of the operating room.It had good functional integrity and worth popularizing widely.
