摘要
目的讨论集中消毒供应在医院消毒供应中心的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年4月—2017年4月消毒供应室工作作为研究对象,2015年4月—2016年4月消毒供应室实施常规分散管理;2016年5月—2017年4月消毒供应室工作采取集中管理,对比两阶段管理效果及医护人员满意率。结果通过消毒供应室整改前后比较,整改后消毒室器械清洁度及污染发生率、医护人员满意率均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院消毒供应室采取集中管理,规范了供应室工作流程及质量管理,能提高消毒灭菌质量,减少器械污染发生,同时也提高了各科室医护人员满意率。
Objective To discuss the application value of centralized disinfection supply in hospital disinfection supply center.Methods From April 2015 to April 2017,the disinfection and supply room of our hospital was selected as the research object.From April 2015 to April 2016,the routine decentralized management of the disinfection and supply room was implemented.From May 2016 to April 2017,centralized management was adopted in the disinfection supply room.Compare the management effect of the two stages and the satisfaction rate of medical staff.Results Through the comparison before and after the rectification of the disinfection supply room,the cleanliness of the equipment in the disinfection room,the incidence of pollution,and the satisfaction rate of medical staff were significantly improved after the rectification,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Centralized management of hospital disinfection and supply room can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization,reduce the occurrence of equipment pollution,and improve the satisfaction rate of medical staff in each department.
