摘要
目的分析手术器械清洗质量的控制管理措施实行在消毒供应室的效果及意义。方法将本消毒供应室2017年1月-2017年12月、2018年1月-2019年4月清洗的手术器械、护理工作人员、应用所清洗的手术器械治疗患者分别收入对照组、试验组,分析实施常规手术器械清洗操作、手术器械清洗质量的控制管理干预,统计两组相关指标。结果试验组手术器械清洗合格总计率、护理工作人员对手术器械清洗质量的满意总计率高于对照组数据值(P<0.05),试验组患者院内感染总计率低于对照组数据值(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室中实施手术器械清洗质量的控制管理措施的效果较好。
Objective To analyze the effect and significance of the control and management measures for the cleaning quality of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room. Methods The surgical instruments, nursing staff, and surgical instruments used for cleaning the disinfection supply room from January 2017 to December 2017, from January 2018 to April 2019 were respectively collected into the control group and tested. Group, analysis and implementation of conventional surgical instrument cleaning operations, surgical instrument cleaning quality control management intervention, statistics two groups of relevant indicators. Results The satisfactory total rate of surgical instrument cleaning in the test group and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff on the quality of surgical instruments were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total infection rate of the hospital in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The control and management measures for the quality of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room are effective.
