摘要
目的研究在消毒供应室器械消毒中应用循证护理管理模式的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月该院消毒供应室实施常规管理模式的11名医护人员和100件医疗器械作为对照组,同时选取2020年7月—2021年6月该院消毒供应室实施循证护理管理模式的12名医护人员和100件医疗器械作为研究组,对比两组管理效果。结果研究组器械清洗质量评分、器械灭菌质量评分、器械包装质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组消毒液浓度合格率、手卫生合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组消毒供应室工作效率、工作环境和工作流程满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室器械消毒中,循证护理管理模式的应用可以提高器械清洗、灭菌及包装质量,保障消毒液浓度及手卫生合格率,使医护人员更加满意消毒供应室工作,对院内感染有积极预防作用,临床价值显著。
Objective To study the effect of applying evidence-based nursing management model in the disinfection of equipment in the disinfection supply room.Methods 11 medical workers and 100 pieces of medical devices implemented in the conventional management mode from January 2019 to June 2020 in the disinfection supply room of the hospital were selected as the control group,12 medical workers and 100 pieces of medical devices implemented in the evidence-based nursing management mode from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study group,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The instrument cleaning quality score,the instrument sterilization quality score,the packaging quality score of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfectant concentration,the qualified rate of hand hygiene in study group were higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of work efficiency,work environment and work process in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the disinfection of equipment in the disinfection supply room,the application of evidence-based nursing management mode can improve the cleaning,sterilization and packaging quality of equipment,and ensure the concentration of disinfectant and the pass rate of hand hygiene.It makes medical staff more satisfied with the work in the disinfection supply room,has a positive preventive effect on nosocomial infection,and has significant clinical value.
