摘要
目的研究腔镜器械消毒管理中运用品管圈活动的价值。方法选取2018年11月至2019年3月手术室待消毒的腔镜器械1024件,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各512件。对照组行常规腔镜器械清洗消毒管理,实验组在对照组的基础上行品管圈活动管理。比较两组管理后腔镜器械总缺陷率及管理总不合格率的情况。结果管理后,实验组总缺陷率为5.08%,低于对照组的31.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组管理总不合格率为1.76%,低于对照组的14.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜器械消毒管理中运用品管圈活动能有效提高消毒管理质量,减少器械缺陷和管理不合格的发生。
Objective To study the value of quality control circle activities in the disinfection management of endoscopic instruments.Methods 1024 endoscopic instruments to be disinfected in the operating room from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,512 in each group.The control group was administered with routine cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic instruments,and the experimental group was administered with quality control circle activities on the basis of the control group.The total defect rate and the total unqualified rate of management of endoscopy devices were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the total defect rate of the experimental group was 5.08%,lower than 31.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total unqualified rate of the experimental group was 1.76%,lower than 14.06%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities in disinfection management of endoscopic instruments can effectively improve the quality of disinfection management and reduce the occurrence of device defects and management nonconformities.
