摘要
基于临床动物实验现有的反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)模型研究,梳理、归纳、分类、总结RE动物模型的中西医临床特点吻合度并分析其差异性。通过分析发现研究中RE模型的建立主要包括外科手术法、外源性灌酸法和中西医结合法,与临床吻合度最高的RE动物模型为“高脂高糖联合部分幽门结扎+贲门肌切开术”。RE动物模型的建立,其目的是基于稳定、贴合实际的模型,为临床药物的开发及研究奠定基础。本文通过综述中西医临床病症特点的RE动物模型,分析模型的特点及缺点,为以后的RE模型建立提供参考,为未来RE的治疗提供合理的建议。
Based on clinical animal experiments,the existing models of reflux esophagitis(RE)are studied to sort out,summarize and classify the coincidence degree of clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine in RE animal models,and analyze their differences.Through analysis,it is found that the establishment of the RE model in the study mainly includes surgical operation,exogenous acid perfusion and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;The RE animal model with the highest clinical agreement is"high fat and high sugar combined with partial pyloric ligation+cardia myotomy".Establishment of the RE animal model,its purpose is to lay a foundation for the development and research of clinical drugs based on a stable and practical model.Through summarizing the RE animal model of clinical disease characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine,this article analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the model,provides reference opinions for the establishment of future RE models,and provides reasonable suggestions for future RE treatment.
