摘要
目的 探究康复新液结合伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年10月牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院消化科收治的60例反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行伏诺拉生治疗,观察组行伏诺拉生联合康复新液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、胃肠激素、炎症因子水平。结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.081,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃泌素、胃动素、血管活性肠肽水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复新液结合伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,可改善患者胃肠激素水平,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Vonorazan in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of Red Flag Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vonorosen,and the observation group was treated with Vonorosen combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.081,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin,motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The inflammatory factors levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of reflux esophagitis with Kangfuxin liquid combined with Vonorazan has a remarkable effect,which can improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone and alleviate inflammation in patients.
