摘要 目的 :探讨建立反流性食管炎大鼠模型的最佳方案。方法 :将 60只 SD大鼠分为 3组 ,用不同的手术方式建立胃十二指肠混合反流模型 ,A组 :全层间断缝合组 ,B组 :全层间断 +浆肌层包埋缝合组 ,C组 :全层间断密集缝合组 ,并对 3组模型术后不同时期的食管标本进行大体和组织学改变的观察。结果 :术后 A、B、C组的死亡率分别为 75 %、70 %和1 0 % ,主要死亡原因为吻合口瘘、梗阻、肺部及腹腔感染 ,C组与 A、B两组相比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;3组间反流性食管炎的发生率及组织学改变均无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :全层间断密集缝合是此模型最佳的吻合方式 ,成功模型的建立需要注重多方面的综合因素。 Objective: To investigate the best manier in rat model of reflux esophagitis. Methods: Duodengastroesophageal reflux model were made by three kinds of anastomosis in 60 rats. Group A: single layer of interrupted suture,group B: single layer of interrupted suture plus plasm muscular layer embed suture,group C: single layer of concentrated interrupted suture. The esophageal mucosa samples were taken at different time after operation and studied by gross and microcopic observation. Results: The death rate of group A,B,C after operation was 75%,70% , 10% respectively,group C was much lower than group A and B( P <0.001);the incidence of reflux esophagitis and pathological changes among group A,B,C had no significant difference( P >0.05). Conclusion: Single layer of concentrated interrupted suture was the best anastomosis manier in this reflux model,and there are various factors to be considered in making successful model.
