摘要
目的观察中药熏洗坐浴结合针刺治疗老年肛肠术后疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年10月广西柳州市中医医院收治的80例老年肛肠术后疼痛患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组接受术后常规高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,研究组实施术后中药熏洗坐浴结合针刺疗法。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、症状改善时间及视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的水肿消失、疼痛消失、渗出物消失以及创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对接受肛肠手术治疗的老年患者实施中药熏洗坐浴结合针刺,可以有效缓解患者术后的疼痛,提高临床疗效,促进术后康复,具有极大的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the combined ther apy of the fumigation and hipbath of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with acupuncture on the treatment of the pain after anorectal surgery in elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients receiving anorectal surgery in Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January,2019 and October,2019 were selected as research targets,and were randomly divided into the control group and study group.The control group(n=40)received conventional hip bath of potassium permanganate after operation,and the study group(n=40)received the combined therapy of the fumigation and hip bath of TCM with acupuncture after operation.A comparison was carried out on the clinical effects between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group(80.00%(32/40)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance of edema,pain,exudate and wound healing time were shorter in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the patients’postoperative pain,improve clinical efficacy and accelerate rehabilitation.It is worthy of popularization and application value.
