摘要
目的:探讨痔爽洗剂的制备及临床应用。方法:收治痔疮患者98例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,研究组采用痔爽洗剂坐浴,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组并发症评分显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:给予术后痔疮患者痔爽洗剂坐浴治疗,能显著提升患者临床效果,缓解术后疼痛、出血、水肿等并发症。
Objective:To explore the preparation and clinical application of Zhi Shuang Lotion.Methods:98 patients with hemorrhoids were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution hip bath and the study group was treated with Zhi Shuang Lotion hip bath,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hi Shuang Lotion hip bath in patients with hemorrhoids after operation can significantly improve the clinical effect,relieve postoperative pain,bleeding,edema and other complications.
