摘要
目的分析老年肛肠手术患者术后便秘原因,评价综合护理干预在预防和减少术后便秘方面的价值。方法选择我院收治手术治疗的92例老年肛肠疾病手术患者,结合手术护理配合方案进行分组,采取1:1比例法。对照组46例老年患者采取常规护理,研究组46例老年患者配合综合护理干预。比较两组老年患者肛肠术后便秘发生率、护理满意度以及护理后排便情况。结果研究组老年肛肠手术患者术后便秘发生率低于对照组、护理总满意度高于对照组,护理后每次排便时间、排便间隔时间以及排便困难程度评分均明显优于对照组。组间观察指标差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论基于多方面因素影响,导致老年肛肠疾病手术患者术后便秘风险较高,综合护理干预具有积极的防治价值。
Objective To analyze the causes of postoperative constipation in elderly patients undergoing anorectal surgery,and to evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing and reducing postoperative constipation.Methods 92 elderly patients with anorectal diseases who were treated by operation in our hospital were divided into groups according to the operation nursing cooperation scheme,and the 1:1 ratio method was adopted.46 old patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 46 old patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of constipation,nursing satisfaction and defecation were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative constipation in the elderly patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the influence of many factors,the risk of postoperative constipation of elderly patients with anorectal diseases is high,and comprehensive nursing intervention has positive prevention and treatment value.
