摘要
目的探讨同理心培训对住院医师同理心、压力知觉及情绪的影响。方法将180名住院医师按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各90例。两组均正常参加医院组织的教学活动和人文讲堂,研究组在此基础上给予同理心培训。调查两组一般资料,干预前后采用中文版杰弗逊同理心量表评定两组同理心水平,中文版压力知觉量表评定知觉压力水平,焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评定焦虑抑郁水平。结果两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后研究组中文版杰弗逊同理心量表的情感关怀、换位思考评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.01),中文版压力知觉量表的紧张感评分及焦虑自评量表评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),且显著低于对照组(P<0.01),对照组中文版杰弗逊同理心量表的观点选择评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),中文版压力知觉量表的紧张感评分及焦虑自评量表评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论同理心培训可以部分提高住院医师的同理心水平,降低压力感知的紧张感,改善焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of empathy training on empathy,stress perception and emotion of residents.Methods A total of 180 residents were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.Both groups participated in teaching activities and humanities lectures organized by the hospital,and the study group was given empathy training on this basis.The general data of the two groups were investigated.Before and after the intervention,the Chinese version of Jefferson scale of physician empathy questionnaire(JSPE)was used to evaluate the level of empathy,the Chinese version perceived stress scale(CPSS)was used to evaluate the level of perceived stress,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the level of anxiety and depression.Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of emotional care and transposition thinking of JSPE in the study group were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The tension scores of CPSS and SAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The opinion selection scores of JSPE in the control group were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),the tension scores of CPSS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusions Empathy training can partly improve the empathy level of residents,reduce the tension of pressure perception,and improve anxiety.
