摘要
目的了解医生的幸福感水平及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方法,对3所综合性医院的临床医生幸福感水平进行现状调查。结果临床医生幸福感水平较低,影响因素分别为学历状况、性格、居住状况、对上级的满意度、对工作是否感到力不从心、晋升机会等。结论幸福感水平测量是衡量心理健康的一个重要方面,医疗服务管理者应了解医生的幸福感水平与影响因素,并进行积极的心理疏导,对制订人才留驻计划具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To explore the well-being status of clinical doctors in general hospitals and the influencing factors.Methods The respondents from three general hospitals were investigated by questionnaires about their well-beings.Results The well-being level of clinical doctors was low.Educational backgrounds,personality,living conditions,satisfaction to the leaders,perceived pressure from work,promotion opportunities were influencing factors of the well-being level.Conclusions The level of well-being is one of the important aspects of measuring mental health.The administrators of medical service should pay attention to the well-being level of clinical doctors and its influencing factors which is very essential to make plan of human resources management.
