摘要
目的分析临床路径教学方法在小儿呼吸内科临床带教中对其带教质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月该院小儿呼吸内科进行实习的临床医师90名进行调查,将其按照随机信封分组法分成两个独立小组。参照组临床实习医师采用传统教学模式进行带教,研究组临床实习医师采用临床路径教学方法进行带教。对比两组小儿呼吸内科临床实习医师经过带教后的出科成绩、临床工作能力、带教满意度和诊治服务满意度。结果在对小儿呼吸内科的临床实习医师进行带教后,研究组临床实习医师的出科成绩较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床实习医师的临床工作能力较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床实习医师的带教满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床实习医师的诊治服务满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿呼吸内科的临床实习医师进行临床带教时,采用临床路径教学方式进行带教能够提升实习医师的专业素养,培养其临床工作能力,提高带教满意度,增强诊治服务质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway teaching methods on the quality of clinical teaching in pediatric respiratory medicine.Methods A survey of 90 clinicians who were intern in the department of pediatric respiratory medicine of this hospital from January 2017 and January 2019 were selected for investigation during this time period.They were divided into two independent groups according to the random envelope grouping method.The clinical interns of the reference group used traditional teaching mode to teach,and the clinical interns of the research group used the clinical path teaching method to teach.Comparing the two groups of pediatric respiratory medicine clinical interns after teaching,clinical performance,teaching satisfaction and diagnosis and treatment service satisfaction.Results After teaching the clinical interns of the department of pediatric respiratory medicine,the clinical interns of the research group had higher performances than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical interns of the research group were more capable of clinical work,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical interns in the research group had higher satisfaction with teaching than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical interns in the research group were more satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment services than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching clinical interns in the department of pediatric respiratory medicine,it is worthwhile to use clinical pathway teaching methods to improve the professional qualities of interns,cultivate their clinical work ability,improve teaching satisfaction,and enhance the quality of diagnosis and treatment services.
