论教育评价中人的理性回归:从“抽象的人”到“具体的人” 被引量:16

摘要 教育是一项发展人的事业,对人的属性认识的转变必然会对教育理念产生影响,进而直接牵涉教育评价。从历史来看,对人的认识经历了由“抽象的人”到“具体的人”的转变,教育评价的理念也就有了不同的表征。作为“抽象的人”的教育评价将人视为物化人、受控人、应试人,强调评价的客观性、静态性及标准性,导致了教育评价中的目中无人;作为“具体的人”的教育评价则将人视为一种独特的生命,强调完整的人、参与的人与个性化的人,突出评价的全面性、真实性及欣赏性,追求教育评价的平易近人,促使人完整价值的真正实现。在深化新时代教育评价改革的当下,需要落实“具体的人”的教育评价。为实现教育评价中人的理性回归,需要树立以人为本的评价基本理念,明确促人发展的评价根本旨归,构建全程见人的评价操作样态。 Education is a career for the development of person,and the change understanding of person’s attributes will inevitably have an impact on the concept of education,and then directly related to the evaluation of education.From the historical point of view,the understanding of the concept of person has experienced the transformation from abstract person to concrete person,and the concept of educational evaluation has also had different representations accordingly.As an abstract person,educational evaluation regards such a person as a kind of materialized person,controlled person,exam-oriented person,and emphasizes the objectivity,static state and standard nature of educational evaluation,which leads to the absence of person in educational evaluation.As a concrete individual,educational evaluation regards such a person as a complete person,participated person and individualized person,emphasizes the comprehensiveness,authenticity and appreciation of educational evaluation.Its ultimate goal is to pursue the approachable person of educational evaluation and to promote the realization of the real value of integrity.At the moment of deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era,it is necessary to implement the education evaluation of concrete person.In order to realize the rational return of person in education evaluation,it is necessary to establish the basic concept of people-oriented evaluation,clarify the evaluation purpose of promoting the development of person,and construct an evaluation operation style that meets people throughout the process.
