摘要
习近平法治思想以宏大的全球视野,总揽国内国际两个大局,统筹国内治理和国际治理,深刻把握人类政治文明发展趋势,科学揭示全球治理体系变革的历史必然性,鲜明提出共商共建共享的全球治理观,深入阐发公平正义的全球治理理念,坚定地维护和践行真正的多边主义,创造性地提出推动构建人类命运共同体的重大战略思想,为回答"世界怎么了,我们怎么办?"这一"世界之问"、推动全球治理体系变革提供了中国方案,给世界提供了一种全新的法治思想的公共产品,有力提升了中国法治在世界法治舞台上的话语权和影响力。
With a grand global vision,XI Jinping’s thought of rule of law takes both the domestic and international situations into consideration,coordinates domestic governance and international governance,firmly grasps the development trend of human political civilization,scientifically reveals the historical necessity of global governance reform,clearly proposes the global governance view of consultation,contribution and shared benefits,and further elucidates the concept of fair and just global governance.The thought firmly upholds and steadily practices the multilateralism,creatively puts forward major strategic ideas to promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,provides the China’s plan for answering the World Question of"what’s wrong with the world,what should we do?"and promoting global governance reform,offers the world with a new public product of the rule-of-law,and effectively enhances the discourse power and influence of China’s rule-of-law on the international level.
