摘要
“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的原创性论断,作为一个时代命题的提出,具有重大的理论和实践意义。从民族实体结构视角出发,中华民族共同体建设往往被限定在文化民族关系协调与权益保障的狭窄范畴。从秩序视角出发,铸牢中华民族共同体意识是秉持先进理念的政治主体与社会大众上下互动,共同建构政治社会秩序与集体认同的过程,理性化的秩序结构和共善的价值目标是中华民族建设的两个任务目标。正是基于秩序视角,铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有国内治理与全球治理的双重意蕴,既关系到优化提升中华民族作为国家民族的相关国家制度设计,也关系到有效动员全体中国国民为一体、参与大变局时代国家治理的精神资源。
The original judgment of“Firmly Casting the Awareness of a Community for the Chinese Nation”,a proposition of the new era,hasgreat theoretical and practical significance.From the perspective of ethnic entity structure,firmly casting of the awareness of a community for Chinese nation is often confined to the narrow category of coordinating cultural ethnic relations and protecting rights and interests for ethnicgroups.From the perspective of the order,firmly casting the awareness of community for Chinese nation is a process in which the political subjects with advanced ideas interact with the public to jointly construct the political and social order and collective identity.The rational order structure and the valuegoal of commongood are the two tasks of the construction of the Chinese nation.It is from the perspective of the order that firmly casting the awareness of to the community for Chinese nation has the dual implications of domesticgovernance andglobalgovernance.It is not only related to the optimization and improvement of the institution system for Chinese nation as a whole,but also related to the effectivemobilization of all Chinese people as one and the spiritual resources ofglobalgovernance in the era ofgreat changes.
