摘要
构建人类命运共同体是中国为解决全球治理问题、构建美好世界而贡献的中国智慧和中国方案。构建人类命运共同体需要理念引领和积极实践。在理论层面,通过人类命运共同体筑梦世界,链接“中国梦”与“世界梦”,以人类共善为价值诉求,以全球共同体利益为导向,搭建起共商共建共享的全球治理理念;在现实层面,人类命运共同体借助“一带一路”倡议,由理念走向实践,由周边和区域推至全球,从建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界五维统合布局谋篇,最终为全球走向美好未来提供有益路径。
Building a community of shared future for mankind is China's wisdom and China's plan to solve global gover⁃nance problems and build a better world.The construction of a community of shared future for mankind needs the guidance of ideas and active practice.At the theoretical level,build a dream world through a community of shared future for mankind,link the"Chinese dream"and"world dream",take the common good of human beings as the value pursuit,and take the in⁃terests of the global community as the guidance,to build a global governance concept of joint discussion,construction,and sharing;at the practical level,through the top-level design of the“Belt and Road”,the community of shared future for man⁃kind will move from concept to practice,from the surrounding areas and regions to the world,and from building a five dimen⁃sional integrated layout of lasting peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,cleanness and beau⁃ty,to provide a beneficial path for the world to move towards a better future.
