自供电的带式输送机速度监测系统研究

摘要 针对现有远距离带式输送机速度监测系统因供电线路过长导致成本过大的问题,本文设计一种自供电的带式输送机速度监测系统,利用输送机的托辊带动发电机发电,发电机为监测系统供电的同时,单片机测量发电机输出电的频率。通过发电机频率和转速的关系,计算出托辊及输送带的线速度。首先设计基于STM32单片机的速度监测系统,然后设计一台外转子永磁同步发电机,接着设计监测系统的供电电路,再通过Ansys Simplorer软件对发电机和外电路进行联合仿真,得出发电机负载时的输出电压波形。将得出的电压波形通过Proteus软件送至供电模块和速度监测系统进行仿真,验证了系统的可行性。 Aiming at the problem that the existing speed monitoring system of long-distance belt conveyor is too long,which leads to excessive cost,this paper designs a self-powered speed monitoring system of belt conveyor.The idler of conveyor is used to drive the generator to generate electricity,while the generator supplies power to the monitoring system.The system measures the frequency of the generator output electricity,and calculates the linear velocity of idler and conveyor belt through the relationship between generator frequency and rotating speed.At first,the speed monitoring system based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer is designed,then an outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator is designed,and the power supply circuit of the monitoring system is designed.Then,the generator and the external circuit are simulated jointly by Ansys Simplorer software,and the output voltage waveforms of the generator under load are obtained.The voltage waveform is given to the power supply module and speed monitoring system by Proteus software for simulation,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
