摘要
针对煤矿带式输送机监控系统中存在的铺设线路复杂、成本高和可靠性低等问题,提出了嵌入式技术和CAN总线技术相结合的方法,最终实现了煤矿井下带式输送机在线监控、总线通讯及综合保护的集成,提高了系统运行的稳定性,同时也在系统中实现了语音数据实时通讯的功能,对于提高煤矿带式输送机的自动化水平具有重要意义。
The coal mine belt monitoring system has a lot of problems such as complexity of laying cables,high cost and low reliability.This paper proposed method of combining the CAN bus technology and embedded technology,and finally achieved integration of coal mine underground belt transport system on-line monitoring,buses master of communications and comprehensive protection.It can improve system running stability.Besides realiziation of real-time voice communications,to improved belt of transport system of automation has great significance.
